Our Fitness Facility

Our fitness facility includes commercial quality weight equipment from Icarian, Cybex and more as well as commercial grade Cardio equipment from Precor. This is the same equipment you would find at some of the best gyms in the area. Membership to the Fitness Facility is free to all active Adults enrolled in our programs. We also low fee memberships to parents, non-students, etc. who want to take advantage of the fitness facility, but not enroll in a Martial Arts Program.
