To my KI family:
I am writing to you today because I am stepping down from the position of Program Director for Karate International. The past 3 years working with this amazing community of people has been an incredible and life changing opportunity. I am so blessed to have gotten to know each and every one of you and helped you along your journey! Karate International as been a place for me to grow as a person and I am so grateful for each and every day.
I have the opportunity to branch off to a new chapter in my life, one that will grant me the flexibility to spend as much time with my children as possible. I am taking a course to be a real estate agent and once completed will be working with people to find their homes.
This is a bittersweet opportunity and I'm sad about leaving Karate International, however I am excited for this next step in my own journey. This has been a place for me to learn and grow as a person. Thank you all for the support and love you have shown me since day one. I will still be attending some special events as my schedule allows. I plan to be at the kick-a-thon and Teen Awards Banquet.
I am so proud to be a part of this community and to see the tremendous growth from all the students. Thank you all and know that you all have a special place in my heart forever. It has been an honor and privilege to be a part of the Karate International Team. Special thank you to Mr.English and Mr.Wharem for your guidance and friendship, we have grown to become more then coworkers but a family.
Again, I am forever grateful for the people and the time I spent in the office with you. All good things must come to pass, I am so blessed to have the continued support of my KI Family.
All my love and blessings to you and your families,
Brenda McKenna
