Hello Everyone,
We hope you had an opportunity to enjoy some quality time with family and friends over the holiday season! We are excited to be back to classes this week and are operation on our regular class schedule Tuesday-Saturday this week!
Parents! Looking for a fun new way to reach your resolutions this year? Give martial arts a try! Our Adult Karate, Kickboxing for Beginners and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are a great way to get in shape, reduce stress and provide a fun social outlet after a long day at work! Parents training in martial arts also helps motivate children to work even harder because now it's a family activity! See an instructor for more information!
CMS Students- Mr.Wharem, Ms.Confalone and Mr.Dever will be guest teachers in PE 1/16-1/19! We look forward to seeing you then!!
