This is week #7 of the 8 week Kung Fu workshop! We've had a blast beginning our Kung Fu journey and will be continuing on for another 8 weeks. This block will focus on some new skills while also reviewing the past 8 weeks. We'd love to see the workshop have new members! You can register for the 8 week workshop by clicking this link!
The Karate International of Windham Spring Championship is going to be held on Sunday April 7th, at the Woodbury school in Salem, NH. This is an awesome opportunity for students to go and showcase their skills in a fun and exciting way! We encourage ALL students Purple belt and above in the Youth and Teen program to compete and ALL Adult Kenpo and BJJ students to come and compete also.
