What to expect on your first visit
If you are considering participation in the Karate International Program, we recommend that you take advantage of the opportunities we provide to help you get acquainted with our school.
The Goal of The Program
Our mission is to teach martial arts and life skills that will build integrity, honor, self-reliance, perseverance, character, dignity, confidence, and the ability to master the arts of effective mental, emotional, and physical self defense.
What To Do If You Want To Learn More About Our Program
1. Visit and Tour The Center
We will give you an open tour of the facility so that you can see where classes take place, and the layout of the facility. You will have a chance to ask questions and get an overview of the Karate International program.
2. Meet With A Karate International Instructor
You will be able to meet with a Karate International instructor and have a chance to get to know them. Our instructors are selected not only for their excellence in martial arts, but also for their exceptional ability to teach. You will be able to visit with one of our outstanding teachers and get to know one another.
3. Orientation and Evaluation
We will run your child through our four point evaluation process. We will measure their physical, intellectual, emotional, and social skills. We will explain to your child the Karate International Martial Arts Center code of conduct and the expectations we have for all members. Afterwards, we will sit down with you and share the results, and give you our recommendations for a training program tailored for your son or daughter.
4. Two Week Trial Program
After successful completion of our orientation and evaluation, you will have the opportunity to enroll in our Two Week Trial program. During a two week period you will have the opportunity to attend four classes and have a firsthand Karate International experience. These classes are perfect for people just starting out in our program, and you will also see that our classes have a high level of mutual respect and support. You will find that your fellow class members provide lasting and positive friendships.
5. Decide If You Want To Enroll
Once you complete four great martial arts training sessions you will be prepared to decide if you would like to commit to the program. You will then have a chance to review the enrollment options with our program director and choose which will be best for you. We will review the Karate International Martial Arts Center code of conduct, expectations, and responsibilities that are incumbent upon all members. Once you enroll in Karate International and participate in the curriculum and experience the life-changing experience of our program.
6. Regular Review
We will meet regularly with the student and parents or guardians to ensure that we understand your child’s individual needs and to ensure that we are all on the right course in helping your child experience the life-changing results of our program.
